You feel it? I know I do...

PRESSURE… PRESSURE… PRESSURE!

Something we know all too well. It’s in just about everything we do! So why is it here? Can we ever get away from it? Unfortunately, we can't but what I do know is that it's up to you how you respond. You see your response to pressure determines the outcome of any situation. Do you cave or produce? And let me tell you, you have no control over when pressure finds you.

There are negative pressures and positives ones and although none of them feel good to us; there are great results if when handle pressure correctly!I am learning that negative reinforcements can produce positive results. I know it sounds weird but it's true! We use it with little kids all the times that's why spanking is in place! Its shocked me but pressure pulls out what comfort keeps dormant.

Philippians 3:14 says I press towards the mark for the prize of the high calling...

Meaning that pressure to get to the prize will be involved along the way. Its ideal but unrealistic to think that we will never hit a press point. Pressure applied by God is different than when the enemy does it. What's the difference: When the enemy comes in like a flood with the intent to destroy you; God lifts the standard against him. That’s what we like! We are confident that it's handled until we realize God is pressing us!

When you put pressure on something you have to use continual physical force and sometimes God has to do us the same way or we will NEVER move. So he presses us in our patience. He presses us in our money. He presses us to move past being complacent. Most times when we are at a very critical pressure point; our faith is being stretched too!

Look now, I’m realistic it's not all joy bells and roses when God presses us! Most of the times it's scary...it hurts...It's uncomfortable...and requires our mind to think differently. However,you never know the skills, talents, strength, and capacity you have until it's press! God is faithful and even though pressure doesn’t feel good at all at times there is a positive result that comes out of it….We reach the PRIZE! So its possible and in our best interest to learn how to functions under pressure.

Don't cave! Don't run from it; Level up! Realize that greatness is in you because God put it there and rise to the occasion!

Pressure embraced is your strength evolving!
